Social decisions, observance of rights and duties of the employees of the Saint-Petersburg Mint – Branch of Goznak are carried out within the framework of the Collective Agreement of the employer and the staff.

Voluntary medical and accident insurance, a complex of social guarantees, privileges and compensations are guaranteed to the employees of the Saint-Petersburg Mint.

Within the framework of non-state pension provision programme realized by Goznak since 2003, 188 former employees of the Mint receive additional non-state pension.

The Collective Agreement guarantees stable wages, bonuses for good and high-quality labor, medical aid (RESO-Garantia).

There is an inexpensive canteen, eating in it subsidized for the employees.

The programme of sports infrastructure development and involving the employees and their family members into physical training and sports operates at all the Branches of Goznak. Employees of the Saint-Petersburg Mint take an active part in mini-football activities, they have an opportunity of going to the swimming pool. In October 2013 two young employees of the Mint were entrusted with the honor of carrying the Olympic fire in Peterhof.

The professional union of the Saint-Petersburg Mint organizes regular visits of the employees to theaters, museums and exhibitions. Week-end excursions are very popular.

Children of the employees of the Mint have an opportunity to go to children’s recreation camps of the Leningrad Region.
